Seguiamo i prossimi passi.

COMPLAINTS AGAINST THE EESC (COUNTER) OPINION ON ELECTROMAGNETIC HYPERSENSITIVITY

1. The European Ombudsman has already responded to us on May 12: it has unified the seven complaints received and she agreed to open an investigation. Now there are three phases:

- The Ombudsman has already requested information from the Director of the EESC (not later than 31 July 2015)

- The Ombudsman will send us such EESC information received.
- We must send our observations to the Ombudsman within one month after receipt the Ombudsman information
.

2. The Registry of the EESC sent us on 18 May the audiovisual archive of the plenary session on 21 January on electromagnetic hypersensitivity (21/01/2015-ten559-multi.mp4 - 632 MB). You can download at http://we.tl/2VE0fFWJGI (only for 7 days).

The audiovisual archive includes four languages: ORIGINAL, DE, EN and FR. You can choose the language audio tracks using a free program like VLC (can be downloaded at https://www.videolan.org/)

We will send you shortly a proposed strategy to continue this process with legal basis.
