ex-ricercatore militare ora in pensione accusa i governi

Governments, Authorities Ignore 60+ Years of Dangers of Wi-Fi
By Jack O'Dwyer

Justin Trudeau
Retired Canadian Army captain Jerry Flynn, who spent 22 years in its “Electronic Warfare” unit, is beseeching Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and Canadian Medical Assn. president Dr. Chris Simpson to stop “suppressing the truth” about the dangers of Wi-Fi, Cellphones, computers, cell towers and other forms of radiation.
The Canadian government is “blind to the decades-old corruption that is ongoing within the Minister of Health’s radiation protection bureau,” he said. “Tragically, for all persons living in Canada, our provincial governments have shown themselves to be willfully silent to those of us who have made many attempts to alert them over the years.”
Flynn also called on the Obama Administration to change its policy of ignoring the Wi-Fi threat.
“These are unprecedented, unbelievable times in America’s history,” he said.  One can only presume that President Obama himself, and his entire administration, are deliberately being kept ignorant of the systemic corruption that is ongoing within the U.S. regulatory family of agencies, most notably the Federal Communications Commission and Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers and its International Committee on Electromagnetic Safety.

“Enabling this corruption, the remaining few media conglomerates choose to remain largely silent. If Americans are to survive this unprecedented Crime Against Humanity, they must wake up and act – before it is too late!”
Flynn Rapped Wireless Utility Meters
Flynn spoke about the dangers of wireless utility “smart” meters at a “National Day of Action” Oct. 4, 2012.
Also rapped on the knuckles is the “sinfully silent news media” in both Canada and the U.S. Exposes of the hazards of radiation are “all over the TV news at least in Europe and Australia,” he said. ABC-TV Australia broadcast “Wi-Fried” on Feb. 16, 2016, detailing health hazards of Wi-Fi, cellphones, etc.
Flynn notes that a handful of companies control much of the media in the U.S. and that five tech companies are planning to envelope the earth in Wi-Fi:
• Google plans 200,000 Wi-Fi balloons at 62,500 feet.
• Space X plans 4,000 satellites 750 miles high.
• OneWeb will hoist 648 satellites 500-590 miles high.
• Facebook plans satellites, drones and lasers.
• Outernet plans low orbit microsatellites.
Globe in Wi-Fry Frying Pan
“Virtually the entire global population will be irradiated 24/7/365 by 2020 whether they like it or not by pulsed, non-thermal microwave on the same frequency as microwave ovens-2.4 Gigahertz,” said Flynn.
The Federal Communications Commission on March 17 gave Google approval to float the balloons in all 50 states. Flynn notes that FCC chairman Tom Wheeler chaired the CTIA-Wireless Assn. from 1992-2004 and is the only person ever named to the Cable TV and Wireless Halls of Fame.
The passage of the Telecommunications Act in 1996 made it illegal for any community to consider health or the environment in regulating cell towers, said Flynn.
In 1995, he noted, just as the Environmental and Protection Agency was about to introduce national exposure limits that would protect the public from non-thermal electromagnetic radiation, the U.S. Senate Committee on Appropriations cut the EPA’s budget saying it should not be “engaged in electromagnetic activities.”
The responsibility was then transferred to the FCC whose independence is open to question, said Flynn who calls the FCC “corrupt” and “lacking in EMF scientists.”
Norm Alster has authored Captured Agency: How the FCC Is Dominated by the Industries it Presumes to Regulate.
Life on Earth Threatened—Flynn
“It is preposterous but tragically true,” said Flynn, “that scientists and informed people around the world fear that today’s ongoing pandemic corruption, suppression of the truth, deception and lies, aided by the sinfully silent news media—unless it can somehow be stopped—will bring about the demise of mankind and all life on earth as we know it.”
Wi-Fil health advocates are looking for public figures that can take up their cause. An ally may be John Travolta, who insists that hotels he stays in cover the windows of his room with aluminum foil and dark curtains. The wording was found in a rider in Travolta’s contract with hotels by the U.K.’s Daily Mail and reported March 27.
Goop, the website of actress Gwyneth Paltrow, explored whether “Cellphones and Wi-Fi Signals Are Toxic.”
Dr. David Carpenter, one of three panelists, said, “The strong evidence is that cellphone use results in brain cancer.” Devra Davis and Ann Louise Gittleman said they were convinced that the ubiquitous radiation poses dangers, especially to children.
Flynn Notes Threat to Children
Flynn published a statement March 25 titled, “Imprisoning Children and Teachers in Microwaved Classrooms Is a Crime Beyond Belief.”
He said that “Time is running out for Americans to wake up and realize that their children are being unintentionally but seriously harmed by technologically-ignorant, irresponsible authorities who, sadly, have allowed themselves to be co-opted by the wireless and telecom industry and electric utilities whose sole concern is profit – even at the expense of an unsuspecting and defenseless public’s health and well-being!”
Said Flynn:
“Renowned scientists such as Dr. Neil Cherry, Dr. Sam Milham, Dr. Robert O. Becker and others have long said that anyman-made radio frequency radiation, no matter how weak the signal, is hazardous to humans and all forms of life - especially ‘pulsed’ M/W radiation!
Microwave ovens cook food and heat liquids on the M/W frequency of 2.4 GHz While M/W ovens emit very high powered radiation, they do so for relatively short periods of time before they shut OFF. Note: The form of radiation emitted by M/W ovens is ‘continuous wave,’ which is less harmful to humans and all living things than is a Wi-Fi router’s ‘pulsed’ radiation.
“Inconceivably, precious children and their teachers are forced – every moment they are at school - to sit in classrooms with powerful industrial-grade Wi-Fi routers above their heads that emit the more dangerous ‘pulsed’ form of M/W radiation on frequencieswhich the US Military knows are lethal to all human organs and organ systems: 2.4 GHz or both 2.4 and 5.8 GHz! W-Fi routers emit their pulsed non-thermal radiation in all directions constantly, 24/7/365, blanketing entire areas ranging in distance from just hundreds of feet out to encompass a school’s entire property!

Wi-Fi Health Effects Cumulative
“Non-industry scientists know that the harmful biological and health effects of low-level pulsed radiation are cumulative. It is not a question of IF a student or teacher will be harmed, but how much accumulated radiation over how many months and/or years can their individual bodies endure before they succumb to serious illness?
“Since its inception in 1948, the World Health Organization has experienced almost constant turmoil and challenges. No longer enjoying secure funding from governments, it now relies on voluntary contributions from governments and other sources. Currently, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation [Bill is the founder of Microsoft] is one of the biggest contributors to WHO! Radiation regulatory agencies, electric power utilities, and the wireless/telecom industries have meticulously studied, learned from and improved upon the extremely successful, deceitful tactics employed by the tobacco industry for so many profitable decades.
Flynn spent two years at one of Canada’s largest and most sensitive radio intelligence-gathering stations, where he supervised some 200+ specially-trained radio operators who conducted research.
He said the U.S. military has long known that the most harmful radio/microwave frequencies to man are those within the band 900 MHz to 5 GHz (900 million to 5 billion Herz), for they penetrate all organs and organ systems of the body, thus putting all human organ systems at risk. “This is precisely why these frequencies are used in M/W weapons of war!” he said.

Fire after Fire after Fire … The Saskatchewan Smart Meter Fiasco
The recent events in Saskatchewan, Canada have refocused attention on one of the many risks associated with “smart” utility meters, i.e., the increased risk of fires.
As reported this past Thursday, July 31, the Saskatchewan government has ordered SaskPower to remove all 105,000 smart meters that have been installed across the province following several fires linked to the devices.
On Friday, August 1, the news coverage continued in Saskatchewan regarding the smart meter fires. An article in the Leader-Post made reference to a “Smart Meter Fiasco” and gave credit to the provincial government for:
“insisting that eight meters out of 105,000 catching fire (a 99.992-per-cent success rate, according to SaskPower) was simply unacceptable. Setting aside the moral issue of endangering human lives, the liability costs of house fires could be massive. It would have been far more cynical to have just kept installing smart meters in the hope that nothing would happen.”

What are the full economic, health and security costs and benefits of wired versus wireless technology?

By Devra Davis, PhD
Canada’s parks – both urban and wilderness – may soon be more like coffee shops, with “hotspots” for wireless communication devices (WCDs – cellphones, tablets, etc.). No one has ever evaluated the full environmental and health impacts of blanketing regions with such radiation. Reports are mounting of ecological effects, that birds and insects become disoriented when exposed to wireless radiation – most recently from the US Department of the Interior. But what about the rest of us?
Health Canada is asking for feedback on proposed exposure guidelines (Safety Code 6). The guideline dismisses links between radiation from WCDs and cancer, and has remained almost unchanged for decades.
Adding to already known strong links between cellphones and brain tumours, a recent French study found that over about a decade, brain cancer risks are quadrupled or tripled respectively, in those who used cell phones for 15 hours a month, or a total of 900 hours or more. Like most industrial and all developing countries, Canada is already swamped with health care costs for treating cancer, which can run to hundreds of thousands of dollars for a single case. What will Canada do if facing an epidemic of such cancers within a few decades?
Brain cancer is just one of a very long list of long-term adverse health effects tied to WCD radiation. Of course epidemiology can only confirm past risks and cannot be relied on to predict all future impacts, particularly with rapidly evolving technology and use patterns. In the lab, shorter term concerns include damage to sperm, as well as to the brain and testes of offspring who are exposed prenatally to cell phone radiation. WCD radiation has also long been known to increase chemical access to our cells by a variety of mechanisms including making membranes more permeable, thereby magnifying toxicities of environmental contaminants.
In light of these findings, it’s important to require a full accounting for the potential costs and benefits of this technology, priorto its widespread introduction. As we have learned from asbestos, tobacco and lead, it is far more cost-effective on both a financial and human basis to prevent exposures than to deal with their lingering, massive consequences.
A tech-savvy nation connected to the internet
Without doubt, we need to build a nation of citizens—“netizens”—skilled in navigating modern technology, and to take steps to eliminate the digital divide that isolates many of the working poor. But there is no reason whatsoever that in so doing, that Canadians should use wireless rather than wired internet technology in their schools, at work and within their homes.
Canada excels at many things, but not in the speed with which you get and send information. According to industry network specialists Akamai, Canada’s internet connection speed does not even make tenth place. Canada falls behind such powerhouses asLatviaRomaniaBulgaria and the Czech Republic—all of which have invested in Fiber To The Home (FTTH) rather than wireless.
Choosing the wired option
Plans to phase out wired phone lines, or for wireless metering of energy and utilities are ill-advised. A parallel interdependent network of wired fiber-optic cables is faster, safer and more secure against criminal or terrorist attacks. It is much harder to hack into or take down a wired network rather than a wireless one, especially if the latter has not been strongly encrypted.
Just as I did a decade ago, many people today believe that there are no serious threats to human health from the growing number of WCDs. The truth is quite different. In the few independent studies done by scientists working for the governments of Israel, Korea, India, France and Finland, evidence of serious biological impacts moved their governments to issue sensible precautions to use microwave radiation devices at some distance from the body.
Technology for kids (or not)
The notion that the quickly growing infant brain benefits from digital devices flies in the face of what experts in neurodevelopment understand. iPhones protected by plastic teething rattle cases, iPads over bouncy seats or potties pose uncharted risks to future brains and bodies. Infants need to be talked to, touched, held and feel real human contact. They need more lap time and less app time. The American Academy of Pediatrics advises keeping young children’s total screen time to less than two hours, and zero for those under 2 years of age. The Health Ministry of Israel—a nation sophisticated in radar and microwave radiation — also advises no exposures to wireless devices for young children. Parents with older kids should develop a family tech policy—banning devices from the dinner table and securing them at night to prevent late night interruptions of valuable childhood sleep.
Following actions in Turkey, France and other nations, the Health Minister of Belgium recently banned the sale of cell phones for children ages 7 and younger. What does she know that you don’t?
Educational technology must be designed to promote learning and health. Schools with young children should rely on wired systems, as Ontario Catholic Teachers called for in 2012.
Canadian initiatives to put wireless devices in schools, for children from pre-Kindergarden on does not rest on any proof at all that such technology is safe, or even that young children actually learn better using such technology. To the contrary, in November 2013, Scientific American reported that the young brain—and perhaps the rest of us too — learn best with paper and pencil. No amount of listening to computerized voices or watching quickly flashing screens can replace the fact that young fingers need to coordinate with young eyes and brains to learn how to form letters, say words, understand numbers and look others directly in the eye.
In his new bookLightweb Darkweb: Three Reasons to Reform Social Media B4 It Re-Forms Us, children’s advocate and performer Raffi tells the sad tale of a young teenager who took her own life as a result of cyberbullying. (There have been many such tragedies.) InfoTech devices can provide new ways to exploit childhood innocence and easily become tools for tormenters. As Raffi rightly cautions, this reality combined with radiation health risks should give us all pause concerning InfoTech and young users. He calls for “a new child-protective national strategy in the US for prudent stewardship of emerging technologies.”
Industry disconnect
For the past three decades, and long before cell phones were widely used, the mobile phone industry has treated reports of risks of cell phone radiation as inconveniences to be rapidly undermined using science as a form of public relations. When confronted with the possibility that cell phone radiation could damage the brain cells of rats way back in 1994, Motorola wrote a memo to its public relation’s firm noting the need to “war-game the science.” As part of this strategy the Clinton Administration from 1994-99 undertook a $27 million joint government and cell phone industry program that ostensibly studied cell phone radiation risks but in fact produced few published results. This was a set-up, pure and simple. Study a problem, or look as if you are studying a problem. Find or report nothing. Then continue business as usual.
More recently, the World Health Organization, International Agency for Research on Cancer in 2011, declared cell phone and wireless radiation a “possible human carcinogen,” — the same category as lead, engine exhaust and DDT. In response to this serious determination by independent experts, the global Mobile Manufacturers’ Forum purportedly set up a quarter a billion dollar fund to produce defensive information — effectively attacking the credibility of the WHO and its scientists, and cultivating relationships with other expert groups that could be used to counter and undermine the WHO.
What must be done
With Canada’s Safety Code 6 in disarray, it’s important to take a cold hard and independent look at the information at hand. Strong scientific evidence of a range of biological effects are a good reason for caution. As Prevent Cancer Now’s Meg Sears pointed out recently, under the Canadian Human Rights Act there is a requirement to accommodate those with environmental sensitivities, including multiple chemical sensitivities as well as electromagnetic sensitivities, at all federal facilities (e.g. post offices).
How, then, can we blanket schools and other public spaces with wireless radiation to which a growing segment of the population reports sensitivity?
Canada should support the growth of fiber optic networks, while Parks Canada and cities should stand down their proposed wireless expansion into public spaces. Federal support for technological infrastructure should build the fastest, safest, most reliable internet – with cables.
Clearly we are at risk of confusing our capacity to use a technology with the notion that simply because we can, we should. Federal and provincial ministers, committed to sound economic policy, you should raise the bar and require evidence of safety and security before endorsing policies that treat our children as experimental subjects in a study with no controls, and placing Canada at risk from massive avoidable health expenditures as well as cyber-security attacks.
Years ago the philosopher Immanuel Kant noted that “What man must do, he can do.” But the opposite is not true. Just because we have the capacity to do something, does not mean that we should carry it out.
We need to evaluate any investment in a wireless technology that not only cannot keep up with the rest of the world today, but also places all of us at serious health risks. A sound analysis of all of the costs and benefits of wired and wireless InfoTech is long overdue.

Health Canada should "aggressively" research the possible link between wireless airwaves and cancer and should inform Canadians

"This Panel feels strongly that these individuals need compassion and assistance in overcoming their symptoms. However, because of the very unclear relation between the symptoms and actual exposure to RF energy, the Panel considers that such assistance should be provided by means other than a revision of SC6 (2013). Therefore, the Panel urges Health Canada to investigate the symptoms of IEI EMF individuals with the aim of understanding the etiology of their condition, developing criteria for differential diagnosis of the condition, and finding ways to provide effective treatment for such individuals. (page 20)"

Class Action in Canada

British Columbia Centre for Disease Control (BCCDC)
Environmental Health Services
655 West 12th Avenue
Vancouver, BC
V5Z 4R4 Canada

National Collaborating Centre for Environmental Health (NCCEH)
Broadway Plaza
200 - 601 West Broadway
Vancouver, BC
V5Z 3J2 Canada

This is a real hazard and we shouldn’t wait for the government to catch up to the technology We should exercise caution, especially with children.”
