Si apre una class action in Australia contro il 5G

Una class action è in procinto di essere presentata per conto dei cittadini australiani.
Si rivolge a quegli enti all'interno del governo e dell'industria considerati inadempienti al loro dovere di proteggere il pubblico dalle radiazioni elettromagnetiche (EMR) nocive emesse dai prodotti di consumo e dalle relative infrastrutture.

L'intento non è quello di BLOCCARE la nuova tecnologia che sarà sicuramente utile, ma piuttosto una revisione completa degli obsoleti standard di sicurezza EMR in modo da incorporare l'intera gamma di prove scientifiche, nonché il vero significato del "principio di precauzione" imposto a livello internazionale. Una parte significativa di questo processo riguarda l'educazione e l'empowerment della comunità.

È nostra fortuna che l'avvocato Ray Broomhall, del prestigioso Michael Kirby Chambers in Tasmania, abbia accettato di sostenere questa causa. Condurrà una serie di incontri faccia a faccia con il nuovo ambiente e comunità sicuro di Radiation Assn. Inc. (ECSFR) e membri del pubblico che desiderano partecipare.  Parteciperanno un medico, scienziati delle radiazioni e un team di avvocati esperti in risarcimenti e  diritti umani.

Verranno presentate procedure legali specifiche per consentire alle organizzazioni e agli individui interessati a prevalere sugli interessi   commerciali delle società di elettrotecnica e dei loro regolatori governativi. Questo tipo di azione è particolarmente opportuna a causa della rete 5G pianificata che tenterà di imporre l'installazione di molte migliaia di trasmettitori a microonde in tutte le aree popolate.

A class action lawsuit is being developed in Australia to slow down deployment of the 5G.

A Class Action Lawsuit is in the process of being filed on behalf of the citizens of Australia. It addresses those entities within Government and industry seen to be failing in their duty to protect the public from harmful electromagnetic radiation (EMR) emitted by consumer products and related infrastructure.

The intent is not to curtail useful technology, but rather prompt a comprehensive overhaul of outdated EMR safety standards so as to incorporate the full gamut of scientific evidence, as well as the true meaning of the internationally mandated “precautionary principle”. A significant part of this process involves community education and empowerment.

It is our good fortune that Barrister Ray Broomhall, of the prestigious Justice Michael Kirby Chambers in Tasmania, has agreed to take up this cause. He will be conducting a series of face-to-face briefings with the newly formed Environment and Communities Safe from Radiation Assn. Inc. (ECSFR), and members of the public who wish to attend. Assisting will be a medical doctor, radiation scientists, and team of compensation and human rights lawyers.

Specific legal procedures will be presented to enable concerned organisations and individuals to prevail over the commercial self-interest of electro-technology corporations and their Government regulators. This type of action is particularly timely due to the planned 5G network that will attempt to enforce installation of many thousands of microwave transmitters throughout populated areas.

This is the standard of undertaking many of us have long awaited.
