Tribunale USA dà ragione al Comune di Berkeley di imporre istruzioni di pericolo uso del cellulare

In sintesi il Giudice sentenzia che mettendo il cellulare a contatto con il corpo ad es nei pantaloni o nel reggiseno , ed in connessione wireless, esso emetterà radiazioni che molto probabilmente supereranno  i valori limiti previsti dai regolamenti

Today U.S. District Court Judge Chen ruled against CTIA .  CTIA’S MOTION TO STAY PENDING APPEAL IS DENIED allowing the City of Berkeley to distribute the following Cell Phone Ordinance information to all Berkeley cell phone buyers at the point of sale in Berkeley:

 

"To assure safety, the Federal Government requires that cell phones meet radio frequency (RF) exposure guidelines. If you carry or use your phone in a pants or shirt pocket or tucked into a bra when the phone is ON and connected to a wireless network, you may exceed the federal guidelines for exposure to RF radiation. Refer to the instructions in your phone or user manual for information about how to use your phone safely."
